John Morelli — Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

John founded Coaxsys in 2002. In 1998, John founded Nuron, Inc., a company that developed the e-commerce industry's fastest hardware encryption solution, and served as its President and CEO until its sale to Intel in February, 2001. He then was the Director of Technology for the Network Equipment Division of Intel from February 2001 to July 2002, when he left to start the Company. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of West Florida, and an M.S. in Theoretical Physical Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame.

Gregory Boe — Vice President of Sales

Greg joined Coaxsys in March 2003. Greg has more than 22 years of sales and marketing experience with technology companies in the OEM, VAR and Retail Sales Channels. Prior to joining Coaxsys, he served as Vice President of Sales at FaceLink, Inc., a web based services company sold in early 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Boe was Vice President of Sales for Tapestry, another web based services organization, and from 1997-1998 was Sales Manager for Play Inc. Between 1987 and 1995, he served as Vice President of Sales for Videonics, Inc., a publicly traded digital equipment provider. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Portland.

Mark Saliman — Chief Financial Officer

Mark joined the Company in October 2002. Previously, Mr. Saliman was the CFO from 2001 to 2002 of Transvirtual Technologies, a web-services software company. He has also served as the CFO for Quippe Technologies, an e-commerce company, from 2000 to 2001. From 1997 to 2000, he was Finance Director and assistant Chief Information Officer ("CIO") at Chiron, a leading global biotechnology company. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Saliman held various financial management positions at Pacific Bell, including a business unit CFO where he was responsible for corporate purchasing procedures and contracts, supply chain and logistics management. Mr. Saliman earned a B.S. from UCLA with majors in Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
